Long Span Aluminium Roofing Sheets Price List
Long span (also called klip lok) is the most widely used aluminium profile in Nigeria. It runs in one continuous piece from the ridge down to the eaves, which means fewer joints and far less chance of leaks over the life of the roof.
- 0.45mm → ₦5,800 per metre
- 0.50mm → ₦6,600 per metre
- 0.55mm → ₦7,500 per metre
- 0.60mm → ₦11,000 per metre
- 0.70mm → ₦14,000 per metre
Step Tile Aluminium Roofing Sheets Price List
Step tile aluminium gives you the stepped, tiled appearance of a classic roof while keeping the light weight and rust resistance of aluminium. It is a favourite for residential buildings where the look of the roof matters as much as the performance.
- 0.50mm → ₦7,000 per metre
- 0.55mm → ₦7,700 per metre
- 0.60mm → ₦11,300 per metre
- 0.70mm → ₦14,200 per metre
What Do The Gauge Numbers Mean?
The figure beside each price (0.45, 0.50, 0.55, 0.60 and 0.70) is the thickness of the aluminium in millimetres. The thicker the sheet, the stronger and more rigid it is, and the more it costs.
- 0.45mm and 0.50mm: budget friendly. Well suited to smaller residential roofs, boys quarters and outbuildings.
- 0.55mm: the most popular choice for family homes. A strong balance between durability and price.
- 0.60mm and 0.70mm: heavy duty. Best for wide spans, commercial buildings, warehouses and coastal or high wind locations.
Which Thickness Should You Choose?
For the majority of homes in Lagos, 0.55mm is the sweet spot. It handles the heavy rains and strong sun of the Nigerian climate comfortably, and it holds its shape across normal roof spans without pushing your budget into the heavy duty range.
Step up to 0.60mm or 0.70mm if your roof has long unsupported spans, if the building is commercial or industrial, or if you are close to the coast where wind loads are higher. Drop to 0.45mm or 0.50mm only on smaller, well supported roofs where cost is the priority.
What Affects Your Final Cost?
- Roof size: sheets are cut to the exact length of your roof, so your total depends on your measurements.
- Accessories: ridge caps, valleys, flashing, screws and fasteners are priced separately.
- Delivery: charged based on your location and the volume ordered.
- Installation: optional, if you would like our team to fit the roof for you.
